Smart Goals Worksheet
ByIf you want to set goals using the smart goals acronym, all you need to do it set up a file or grab a piece of paper and write out the acronym, one letter on each line:
S
M
A
R
T
Then after each line you can either write the words (specific, measurable, attainable, relevant, time based) or if you remember the words just write the corresponding aspect of your goal after each letter.
For instance, after the S you would write your goal out in specifics such as “I will run a half marathon”; after the M you would possibly set a time; after A you would evaluate whether you can do it or not, and might revise your time or downgrade to a 10k run; after the relevant you would decide whether you care enough our not to actually do it; after the time bound you would set the date of the race or a date by which you wanted to accomplish it. Then you would write out your goal in one sentence utilizing everything you learned in the above analysis.
The point is, you don’t really need me to provide you a smart goals worksheet- you can make one yourself so easily.
But, what you probably need is a worksheet that goes beyond this simple acronym and helps you do a more indepth analysis. You can get it by entering your email at the very top of this page, or you can go to Goal Setting Worksheet and access it there.
Either way, I am confident that you will find this in depth goal setting template worth your time.
